7-3-15 Nice meaty smoke aroma, nutty undertones. The smoke character is nice, Bamberg style, but the underlying caramel malts are thin and simple.

This is aged quite well. Caramel, bacon, and chocolate are all on the nose. Dry yeast on the body makes it very light.

I'm a hard sell on a smoked beer, especially when it's clearly smoky. This is really well done, but I'd probably never drink it again.
