My expectations are always high with Bruery Terreux beers so I guess I was expecting more orange flavor, but it’s still a very solid sour. Better to be too subtle I suppose.

More sour than saison, the wild yeast is dominant - tart with tangy citrus, not getting much oak barrel but I’ll let it warm a bit. Refreshing and clean.
