Wow! Now THAT is a sour! Fruity with a very, very slight smoke flavor. (So subtle that you wouldn't know it was there unless you were looking for it) Fruit flavor is very sour pineapple forward with just a hint of peach fuzz.

Takes a few sips but I can finally pull some smoky notes from this after my mouth calibrates to all the tartness. The distinct peach or pineapple remains lost on me as a result of the tartness. Rosemary is completely missing to me.
Good with prosciutto and melon!
