In der Nase rosinig wie ein guter Barley Wine, dann im Mund belgische Hefetöne und im Abgang eine zupackende spitze Säure bei der sich auch die Beeren bemerkbar machen. Und mit >10% auch noch unfassbar trinkig. Ganz große Kunst der Bierherstellung!
