2022 A couple of years has helped to mellow this a bit perhaps, but it’s still too acidic. The flavors are SO good, perhaps this would have been better served as a Bruery project, maybe a wheat wine or an anniversary base.

Sour citrus and lime with some blood orange type bitterness in the finish. Real sour, more than a typical Paloma but less crazy than some Bruery stuff. Also a good amount of woodiness mixed in which adds a reposado character.
