Cucumber pineapple dark rum nose; medium-light body; tart, fermented cucumber, some fresh pineapple juice, a bit of passion fruit. A very weird tiki drink. I think it would be great without the cucumber.

Can you get too weird for me? It takes some doing but this Exquisite Corpse of a beer is so bizarre and the flavors don’t meld And the pineapple taste like canned pineapple from the 1970s. But man, gotta hand it to them for pushing the envelop

I am totally down with the fresh cucumber notes, the light tropical fruits, and the lime zest that persists into the finish. The mint, however, doesn’t seem to play very well. I am missing that freshness. Maybe I just got the stems. 😆

The cucumber is elevated by the mint, lime, and hints of pineapple. A mildly tart, very tropical cocktail-like beer.
