Definitely on the wine side! Pleasant.

An interesting melange of petit sirah, along with port notes and just a hint of the Ruenze base beer. Lightly carbonated and surprisingly easy drinking, light-bodied (especially given the dark purple color!), & tasty, too!

Oenobeer from 2021 aged in wine puncheons that had been previously used for Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Malbec. Grapes and wort natively co-fermenting with the ale. Funky tartness from cultures on the grapes’ surface. Flat, earthy, vinous.
