Reddish color, no head. Spices, ginger on the nose. Getting the lime & grapefruit, the boozy rum barreling, spices, slight burn on the finish. Interesting. One of the better spiced beers I have had, but that is not saying much.

2021 Vintage, Cellared 3 Years - Clear dark copper w a slight white head that quickly disappears. No lacing. A Zombie inspired beer that is so rum & alcohol forward it drowns most of the other flavors. Almonds and allspice as it warms. Heavy on the booze.

2021 In one word, STRONG! Pretty heavy on the almond, soaked in RUM. Wish it had more of the citrus to balance it out. 3 years hasn’t done much to balance this out. Will revisit in another decade.
