Good, mellowed by age. Maybe a bit too mellow. The spice and maple are tgere, but dulled by age.

I expected the worst from this now being 13 years old. Ideally should have opened a few years ago but yams are still prominent…though maple and spices are long gone. Sour-wise it’s really mellowed and now resembles a super oaky yammed Rodenbach 👌
