I’d advise all to swirl this well, because the later dregs were much muddier than the initial pour. Notes of raisin, definite carrot “(Myeah, what’s up, Doc?)”. Finishes with oaky bourbon, cinnamon, nuts, more carrots. Really unique and a real treat.
