Dexter The Destroyer is a massive 14% Russian Imperial Stout that uses base malts, roasted malts, kettle carmelization, adjunct sugar, expresso coffee beans, coffee beans from a local roaster in Terre Haute, Indiana, and vanilla beans. Dexter The Destroy hits your nose with a blast of expresso aroma, followed by a first sip that makes your pallet say what the hell this is homebrewed? Yes, yes it is. That is a home brewed beer that is vicous, chocolatety, carmely, with big coffee notes, and vanilla flavors. This beer gets its name from one of our dogs that joins us on brew days-Dexter.
