The Black Pig

Legend has it that an evil spirit took possession of a powerful old black pig, killing everyone on her path. Local hunters finally ended her rampage. To contain the beast they covered her with large quantities of stone and mud, creating a huge mound that remains to this day in Enniscrone, near The White Hag brewery.

A pleasant roastiness on the nose, and a smooth mouthfeel. A balanced bitterness with a soft caramel throughout the whole beer. Creamy, smooth and a dry crisp at the end.
