Soft, lemony, lactic acidity and some nice funk. Well-rounded mouthfeel. Has some slight rubbery, diesel notes since last bottle.

Amazing brewery. This one as complex as the first two I've tried. Citrus, grass, barnyard, cream, oaky, nicely tart, lingering finish.

Lemon, oak, tropical fruit, yogurt and some nice funk with a soft, yet lively mouthfeel and some assertive lactic acidity. Seriously good.
