Cedar, cane sugar, dried prune, and cherry in the aroma. Smooth but a bit watery mouthfeel. Medium-bodied. The sweetness of this beer is rich, mellow, and characteristic with the nuances of dried cherry, herbs(…mint?), and sultana. And it’s tart!
