This beer is a lovely Belgian sour, made in the traditional manner. I love that the Alchemist dabbles in traditional sours they are underrated beers. I have a lot to say about this beer, but character limits. Its great not amazing, still happy I had it

I sat sipping on a hand pour Heady thinking my quest for the best IPA was over, I questioned where to next. Turning the menu to the bottled beers to discover this. Honestly, Cantillon Magic and a few of the Bokke lambics have an edge but not by much. A+
