Gold Rush Small Batch Cider

Something about the weather last year, or the harvest date, created an apple like no other. Its lemon-lime zing popped when we were tasting the apples as they came through the press. Most of the time fruit character undergoes big transformations during fermentation, but for this batch of GoldRush, it stayed a zesty lemon-lime grapefruit with a hint of tropical fruit. We kept the sugar slightly higher to balance out the GoldRush’s natural acidity. This crisp and refreshing cider should be enjoyed on one of our many beautiful Texas afternoons. Show Less
