Very dark brown color with thin light brown head. Nose of coffee,dark chocolate and barrel. Thick but smooth mouthfeel.Alcohol hits my tongue on first sip followed by toasted coconuts.Strong coffee taste then followed by burnt bitter coffee that lingers.

Well, this is pretty handily the best beer from I’ve had from TBW. It’s way thinner (and *way* lower ABV) than I’m used to for BA Stouts — but overall it’s not too shabby. Tastes like a slightly-richer step up from your typical Irish-made stout
