Peppery notes from Saison yeast with subtle rye finish plus a touch of funk/ brett to balance the beer. Outstanding.

Holding up exceptionally well! Slightly oxidized, but to be expected with the age. I think the flavors have fallen off some, but it’s hard to remember a beer I haven’t had in four years! 🤣

Found this lurking somewhere. Light and very floral, with mild hippiness and honey. An effervescent, drinkable, albeit slightly yeasty saison with some slight citrus thrown in. I wish the Brett stood out more though.

Yeast really makes this beer. Conditioned well so it ages well. A little sour, sweet, then finishes with a wine/whiskey note. Interesting
