Imperial gose, brewed with rye, infusion of juniper branches and loads of fresh juniper berries in the mash.
Beautiful rye gose as a base, fluffy and sweet feeling, estonian ryebread, tart but not acidic with enough of the salt to really give it a briny edge.
The flavors here arent subtle at all, its intensely flavored. The juniper is strong and the salt dries it all up fast in the finish. Rye gives an nice sweetness. Just a little pucker at the end, a spruce and wood note from juniper branches. On top of it all, it is matured 1.5 years in the Kyrö gin barrels.
