莓果隊長 Raspberry Beret

Because Taiwan can't grow raspberry, we feel lucky to pair with the U.S. raspberry puree! Its acidity is quite balanced, not too high, and comes with mystic Osmanthus aroma. We used it to create a sour raspberry IPA by dry-hopping four types of U.S. hops. The process enhances the aroma of berry fruits! We also added lactobacillus to the wort, so you can taste another layer of appetizing acidity. The body is light, and the color shows cherry blossom's dark pink.
