Well, I'd started on the meads so I thought I'd have another. The cranberry one wins but this is still not sticky sweet: definite berries and definite alcohol. Just as well I'm not also doing anything daft like helping Meike with her imperial stout.

Nose is thick with fruit, but I can't separate them. There's a chocolate undertone. Ridiculously thick. On the palate there's honey sweetness, backed by the berries. Very fine.
