Airstream

Airstream features a brand-new hop from New Zealand called Nectaron, which we flew over in Business Class according to the invoice. Nectaron imparts deep, ripe fruit mostly in the peach and grapefruit realms, at least in this beer. There’s this familiar ’old school’ IPA note on the palate that none of us can really put our finger on, maybe Simcoe hop notes, or, it might be that Nectaron is subtle enough to let a little bit of malt flavour come through (?what?). It also has a very juicy, long finish with a clean bitterness. A fun beer. You know, to enjoy, and have fun with. Show Less
