Super Saint Thomas

Super Saint Thomas is not just an imperialized version of our Mosaic IPA "Saint Thomas," it's a double dry-hopped Happy Birthday to the man we could not have built this brewery without. This beer opens up with a barrage of freshly made tropical fruit salad, bellowing from the glass like a smoke signal from the Vatican. Honeydew, citrus, fresh green grapes, and hints of under-ripe pineapple and freshly harvested marijuana dominate the palate in a sticky and resinous manner. Shockingly clean and restrained in malt character for a Double IPA of this size, letting the Mosaic hop character slam-dance all over the palate, finishing with an assertive yet refreshing note of freshly cut ruby red grapefruit. Super Saint Thomas will only be brewed once a year, so grab a glass while you can and raise it to our friend; the man, the myth, the Saint... Thomas Harley.
