Bourbon and oak nose. Lots of sweet mixed maltiness. Big bourbon notes, with vanilla and oak notes. Finishes with toasty oak. Big and rich but doesn’t taste as big as its abv. Very nice, although slightly one-note from the bourbon.

Quite vanilla-forward. A little light on the bourbon or barrel character. Very full body. Bordering on sugary. Needs either more time in the barrel, or a lower FG for balance. Not bad but wouldn’t seek out again.
