Lashings of coconut and chocolate, like a chocolate sponge cake. Thick and dense in the palate, mouth-filling and moreish. Long finish with more coconut. Really nice.

Chocolate, hazelnut and coconut on the nose. Less nuts on the palette, but tons of coconut, chocolate, and caramel. Very sweet, no bitterness. A dessert beer!

Chocolate caramel porter - exactly what it says. Not a ton of barrel, just enough to sweeten it a bit more. Background coconut but not overly done. This just celebrates the ingredients of the Samoa cookie.

So chocolatey and sweet. Hardly getting any bourbon in this. Very smooth. Just a hint of coconut and caramel.
