Time has done this beer well. Nice oak, vanilla, cherry, leather flavors coming through. Truly has evolved into a nice barleywine.

Cellared for almost two years. This beer is really good! Almost like a cherry/leather Oaked, hoppy barleywine. Really tasty!

Aging well, nearly a year old now. Little to no hops left. Good bourbon, oak flavors now though. This beer is packing some heat too.

Can taste the oak, bourbon, and hops. Smooth but definitely full body, fairly heavy and actually kind of thick.

Well this beer is carbonating well and is quite pleasant right now! Strong oak finish, vanilla top notes and a bourbon glide to the end

Paul Mortlock: Oh man, this one has real potential to be good. I may have added too much oak so I only had it in oak for one day. Added extra bourbon...
Paul Mortlock: At bottling because I wanted to taste it more. It also helped to balance out the oak. I didn't want it too strong but feel I got the right
