Graham Brown: The sparkler aerates the beer as it's being poured, hence the big head. Never does it much good in my opinion but each to their own.

Cellar series (bottled 10/20): tart, funky nose. Pours a very cloudy, reddish brown ale with nominal head. Taste is refreshing and light, very tart cherries. Lots of wood/oak in the body, tart dark fruits, lots of acidity too. Complex sour, nice. 4.35
