Really fun to be able to try this side-by-side with B2. A little softer, less acidic, and cleaner/lighter finish. Slight edge to B2 but this is still wonderful.

Lemon zest, chamomile, peach skins, moderate oak and discernible lacto tartness on the nose. Palate is drier than nose implies. Adds Chardonnay fruit and vinous notes. Light vanilla and cracker malt. Some Brett leather, tobacco, solid bitterness too. 👌🏻
