DMC Brew is drinking a Withered Nights (2024) by Structures Brewing at Murphy's Watering Hole
LCI. Some excellent barrel work on this non-adjuncted stout yielded a solid flavor depth. Big dark fruit popped out, particularly raisin, prunes, fig, dates, light tobacco, leather, and some nice toasted toffee. Excellent work on this one. 4.45

Thus was pretty tasty. A really full flavored non adjunct BA stout. Good trust up front that has hints if dark chocolate. Mild dark fruit notes. Big, rich bourbon flavor. A bit coconutty w solid vanillin & oak spice. Has great depth & complexity. Tasty.
