Tastes like a brown, which I hate, but the addition of Brett gives it a rich Belgian backbone. Not really my thing, but suitable for a rainy dark Vancouver winter day.

Pretty much an Oud Bruin at this stage. There is some THP (cheerio flavour) but overall it’s nice. I’m not sure what more age will do - I think it’s at its peak.
