New Zealand's uses only New Zealand hops, are more sessionable than traditional American IPA's, have an ABV below 6%, and possess slightly less bitterness - making them very balanced. Our go this round uses Gambrinus's IPA malt and fists full of galaxy and Wakatu hops, creating a perfect blend of malt and New Zealand goodness (i.e., tons of passion fruit, strong citrus, peach, and zesty lime)!
