On 25 Jul 2014, I first tried SCA on their opening day. Haven't missed a single release since. This was bottled from Nov. 2014. Last time I tried was Jan2017 & it was drinking pretty great still then. It has peaked but still tasty.

Brett seems to have died down in favour of a far fruitier profile than i recall - an autumn orchard in spring

Jeremy H.: I’m sure they still have a few bottles kicking around - perhaps they’ll bring some for the occasion!
Jeremy H.: ...and if they do have it, it needs to warm a bit to get really tasty! My 8° fridge was too cold for this
Andrew B.: Good to know.

Disappointing. I was hoping for a flavour symphony but all I got was a four piece band.

A lot of burnt honey, some spice and a slightly tart funk

Thx for keeping the Kingston pipeline flowing Kylie...burnt honey, rye, and Brett. Interesting saison. Brew big or stay home.

Great beer. A lot more complex than most farmhouse ales. Malty and delicious!
Rodney C: I think it is sweeter then it was. Lovely aromatic spice. A bit of warm booze in the back. Still quite airy.
