Imperial Russian Stout Chai-Spiced (2015)

I can’t believe the chai is still popping so strongly. Pretty nuts for right at 9 years old. I can’t tell if any oxidation or stout fade though the chai power. Seems to have held up consistently to what it was back then.

Color marrón oscuro, espuma marrón clara de burbuja fina, cuerpo medio, aroma a clavo y vainilla que al calentarse se agregan notas de caramelo y cacao, sabor inicial marcado a te chai, posteriormente se agregan notas licor, cacao y café en retrogusto

Después de 9 años de guarda conserva muy bien sus notas especiadas (clavo, canela, nuez moscada) y de malta tostada (cacao y café), que se prolongan en el regusto. Buena carbonatación y espuma, cuerpo medio.
