Aroma of bread, lemon, spices, whisky, bracken. V alive tasting w bread, some plum (the purple, yellow fleshed sort) as well as lemon, whisky & a fair bit of oak. Brett notes in aroma are pretty subdued apart from it being dryish. Likely to develop 5-10y.

Wow, a smooth whiskey Brett rye ale. It's an interesting flavour. Certainly unique, with a heavy grain rye flavour. Smooth subtle, just like a good rye whiskey. The Brett doesn't affect it too much, but it gives it a little bit of funkyness
