Lci. Skarp næse, både noget frugt- og mælkesyre. Tør, syrlig og funky i munden. Fint bud på en lambic, udenfor det “hellige” Pajottenland. Kunne være spændende at gemme den nogle år, og se udviklingen.

Apricot, cherry, gooseberry, ginger, high acetic acid and some solvent notes. A good lambic style beer but doesnt resemble a Gueuze - way too acidic and not very balanced
