Huge beautiful foamy head, "3 finger pour", lol. Had to wait for it to settle down. Worth the 5-minute wait. Not so much worth the 11-year wait. Kind of an Ommegang-y spice (coriander maybe). Has a slight sweetness. Barley. No fireworks. But good stuff.
