時間経過と共に風味が落ちつつも、ホップの風味は残り香といった感じだが依然イキイキしており、液体そのもののポテンシャルの高さを感じる。歳取ったていいじゃないのという味わい。 年老いても背筋を伸ばし、身だしなみはくたびれてなく整い、アクセサリーの使い方が上手で笑顔の美しい老婦人って感じ。なんだそれwって？つまりは、いいビールって思う！ Thank You Cranc brewing & Albert !
