Super lively on opening. Very sweet floral honey aroma, blackcurrant and blackberries come through, vanilla not so much. Some mint/medicinal thing going on. Lot of sediment floating around. 'Cellar' too warm?

Pure fruit and honey it exploded as i opened it and i had to drink it very slowly as its full of bits but it just works stupidly special its such a pain but so worth it wanted to try this for so long missed out on draft so glad bottles turned up

I have never tried mead before. This is bloody good! Honey comes through then the subtle vanilla. Very easy to drink and bloody deceptive too. Thank God I had a 1/3 9.7% demands respect.
