(2020 vintage) Gaaah... I love Flanders-style sours! Mixed berry and malt vinegar nose. Lots of juicy black currant and tart cherry skin in the mix, along with light oak wood and light lacto-yogurty flavour. Sweet wine-like dryness on the finish.

A tremendous accomplishment of a beer. The tartness has only grown in maturity since cellaring, resulting in a beautiful melding of all the stone fruit and funk. Punches well above its weight class as far as a regional-sized brewery goes. Flanders slap.
