Last bottle of the 2013-14-15 period. I like how year over year these were different in their own way. This now at over 9 years old is all about very dark bitter chocolate and light coffee notes. Dark roast and light barrel. No sweetness here!

Still had a few 2014 stragglers in a box in the cold room. Big bold roasted dark coffee with some over burnt caramel and bitter dark chocolate. Some soy sauce notes as well. It has held up well!
