This was the best beer at Shanty Town. Tasted exactly like a Crumble… Ginger, Custard, Pastry, Rhubarb, it was all there. Really needs to be made into an actual beer. Too good for just an experiment!

Lovely hit of soft ginger, rounded out by the white chocolate. This is lovely and very drinkable.

Delicious. Tastes exactly as described, sweet and moreish. The flavour is complex, sweet ginger in the front with a distinct biscuity white chocolate cheesecake flavour at the back.
