This is a partnership that we’re absolutely delighted with since the two breweries, in different corners of the world have plenty in common.

From our backgrounds in the early 19th century, thanks to the vision and passion of two inspiring men from two corners of England – Cornwall and Yorkshire – to our contemporary brewing and ethical values.

Miss Nancy Blair uses yeast from Coopers signature beer, Sparkling Ale, and is perked up with Australian hop varieties, Galaxy and Melba. The beer gets its name from the sea shanty ‘South Australia’. Heave away, haul away… or just sit back and enjoy this Cornish-South Australian brew!
