April 2015. Tastes like a overly sour flanders red. Mild sweetness, caramel with a fairly big acetic acidity. Seriously, not that much more sour than Rodenbach.

Number 5000. I’ve had this in the cellar for a while and was waiting for something special. A brilliant powder day on the slopes and 5k seemed like the right time. This beer is tremendous. Still a ton of fruit, years later.
