Super thick, slightly syrupy, but still very good. The richness and sweetness is balanced by a nuttiness and faint roastiness. I liked this better than I thought I would. Very slightly boozy but not too bad. The time in the bottle did this well.

Very good. Pours super black and thick leaving a coating on the glass. Coconut, chocolate and barrel taste. Haven’t had many southern grist stouts and this one was very impressive.
