This imperial, hazy IPA is the second release in our “What’s Your Sign?” series, a collection of zodiac inspired brews that embody the unique traits of each sign.

The symbol for Pisces is two fish facing opposite directions connected by a cord. This represents duality and the mutable nature of Pisces, a sign that is adaptable and able to flow with change.

According to astrology, those born between February 19th - March 20th are said to have the following traits - empathy/ compassion, creativity/ imagination, intuition/ perception, adaptability/ flexibility, sensitivity/ emotional depth, and idealism/ dreaminess.

Pisces is a creative representation of the dual nature of hoppy beer - one fish swimming towards juicy, hazy, dreaminess and the other swimming intuitively towards the realm of balancing bitterness. This balance creates harmonious union between opposing forces and a well-rounded beer.

This Piscean beer pours a hazy, light yellow-orange hue into a glass and emanates a depth of wonderful hoppy aromas. It was brewed with a base of pale barley malts layered with fluffy, protein-rich wheat and oats. Pisces was hopped in the whirlpool with Cryo Citra and dry hopped twice during the tail end of fermentation with Motueka & Sabro.

Pisces drinks with a soft, mellow, medium body, low levels of perceived bitterness, and a finish that bursts with juicy, fruity, hop flavors.
