Mounds of Darkness

The foundation of this decadent, full-bodied, imperial stout is layered with a range of delectable malt flavors including toasted bread, fig jam, candied dates, caramelized brown sugar, espresso crema, and rich, dark chocolate.

After being boiled for over 6 hours, the dark, concentrated wort of this massive brew was fermented by trillions of healthy yeast cells and then moved to a cold conditioning tank where it spent extended time fully saturated with hand toasted coconut shavings, Ghanaian cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla beans.

We get notes of Mounds candy bar, freshly toasted coconut, dark chocolate, Samoas Girl Scout cookies, chocolate covered raisins, figs, candied dates, and coconut bars topped with creamy chocolate icing. Show Less
