Sour 12 Passion Fruit

Milujeme kyseláče! Sour Passion fruit je o náš první kyseláč. Vařili jsme ho klasickou metodou Kettle Souring, kdy se do piva před chmelovarem přidají laktobacily. Mikroorganismy, které se přirozeně vyskytují v kysaných mléčných výrobcích. Laktobacily sníží pH piva, zvýší kyselost. Následně se do piva přidá velké množství pyré z maracuji (Passion fruit), které dodalo úžasně ovocité tóny, a to jak do vůně, tak i do chuti. Oproti klasickým pivům tohoto stylu jsme stupňovitost posadili trochu výše, abyste si mohli vychutnat větší komplexnost těla. Kyselost vyšší a pitelnost neskutečná.


We love sours! Sour Passion fruit is our first sour ale. We brewed it using the classic Kettle Souring method, in which lactobacilli are added to the beer in front of the boiling of wort. Microorganisms that occur naturally in fermented milk products. Lactobacilli will lower the pH of beer and increase acidity. Subsequently, a large amount of passion fruit puree is added to the beer, which added wonderfully fruity tones, both to the aroma and to the taste.
