これも友人からの頂き物。OriginalというのはSon of The Smithの清酒酵母を使ったサイダーのラインであるようだ。シナモン、でもアップルパイ的でなく和な、つまりニッキやきな粉のような香りとフローラルな香り。ドライな甘酒の中から少しずつリンゴの酸味や渋味が浮き出てくるような。清酒酵母を使ったサイダーは、普通のサイダーとだいぶ異なる印象だが面白い味わいだ。
