Wow, this one ages brilliantly. Big Whoops aged have been hit or miss but this one is stellar. Dark chocolate covered espresso bean and a hint of vanilla, bourbon sweet but super well balanced too. Damn cellaring this worked out like a charm 🍻🤙

A few years did some good for this offering. 2018 batch still drinks a little thin, but the flavor is very good. Barrel aged chocolate with a slight sweetness of bourbon. Mmmm
