Watercolors - Passion Fruit & Black Currant W Milk Sugar

Berliner Style Sour brewed with Passion Fruit, Black Currant and milk sugar. "Watercolors" is our rotating fruited sour series that that explores various fruit combinations or single fruit offerings in a sour beer. Our goal with the Watercolors series was to produce the cleanest possible sour experience. The intent is to leave the funky, sweaty, farmy characteristics to other styles and focus on delivering pure and focused tartness with an explosive fruit backbone. Every Watercolors sour is lightly dropped hopped with rotating varities (which ever hop varietal best suits each particular fruit combo) and dosed with a healthy offering of lactose to make the fruit flavors pop and carry through the taste.
